Justine graduated in 1992 with a BA Hons in Business studies specializing in Human Resources.
She has spent 25 years as a strategic HR generalist moving into a specialist Equality, Diversity and Inclusion role in 2019 and is responsible for the function within the University, reporting directly into the Deputy Vice Chancellor. The purpose of her current role is to develop and implement employee engagement interventions that specifically support the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda and drive the achievement of the University’s Vision and Strategy and embed our value of Inclusion.
Justine has always had a passion for social justice and as a result has always taken on voluntary roles to drive change. She is currently a Trustee at WWiN Domestic Abuse Services and supports the operation behind the Positive Allies Charter Mark.
